Booking Procedure/Conditions:

Online bookings can be made at any time simply by confirming with us via email or telephone. Similan Diving Tours will immediately confirm availability of places and the customer is required to pay a 30% deposit within 48 hours. PayPal is the simplest method, and as soon as the total amount has been agreed, we will send a PayPal button/link. Payment of the remaining balance is usually required 30-45 days before the trip departs, but this varies depending on the boat.

Once again, depending on the boat, deposits are usually refundable if written cancellation is received with plenty of notice, normally 30-45 days. In some instances bank fees or cancellation penalties apply. Similan Diving Tours always do their very best to benefit the customers and we never withhold funds – it is not in our interest. Any nonrefundable deposits are subject to each boat/cruise operator’s terms and conditions, and Similan Diving Tours.
